November is here and we all have one eye on the shopping prize, and that is the best Black Friday discounts. As a fashion shopping expert, I’ve been covering Black Friday for four years and it’s fair to say I’ve had a few late nights refreshing Zara’s (to highlight just one) sales page to snag some savings on my wish list. So I know a thing or two about sourcing the best Black Friday clothing deals.
While there are definitely some downsides to the panic-shop mentality, if you can stay calm and focused, with the right goals in mind, you can get Black Friday fashion deals beyond your wildest dreams. I’ve managed to bag some incredible concessions from & Other Stories, Farfetch and Marks and Spencer’s over the years. In fact, I wait all year to do my designer dress shopping, and thanks to my sale shopping secrets, I have a wardrobe full of Sister Jane dresses for fancy evenings out.
What date is the Black Friday sale?
Black Friday lands on Friday 28 November this year. But you can expect to see early Black Friday deals as early as now. In my experience, fashion brands are far more likely to spread out their sale offerings throughout the month, so expect to see the discounts peak at the end of November. Nobody’s Child, for example, currently has 20% off everything on the website while Free People currently has 25% off purchases over £400. Elsewhere, Uniqlo’s sale section is stocked with puffer coats, roll necks and velvet dresses to set you up for the season ahead.
How do I find the best Black Friday fashion deals?
If you want to save big on your faves, the Grazia fashion team recommend you waste no time bookmarking these three fashion brands: ASOS, Damson Madder and Zara. ASOS offers its highest discounts of the year, peaking at 80% off, and Damson Madder and Zara’s Black Friday sale have deals far beyond the low 10-20% off they usually offer. We also have a designer Black Friday sales guide, which you should keep on tab. Keep scrolling for our in-depth analysis of what to expect this Black Friday and help you find those sneaky savings.
Black Friday early deals
While we wait for Black Friday to officially commence, certain fashion brands will start to slowly release discounts. Rather than letting them fly under the radar, here are the brands you’ll want to keep an eye on for the best Black Friday early deals now November has arrived.
M&S: 20% off women’s coats, jackets and knitwear
Uniqlo: Women’s sale
Free People: 20% off £200 purchases and 25% off £400 purchases
Nobody’s Child: 20% off your winter wardrobe
Whistles: Women’s sale
& Other Stories: Last chance women’s sale
With significant savings to be had across designer dresses, coats, shoes, bags and accessories, there’s no better time than Black Friday to invest in quality, luxury pieces that will last a lifetime for less than you’d usually pay.
From dresses to jeans, here are the deals you can look forward to
20% off your winter wardrobe

Nobody’s Child is brimming with covetable coats(this double-breasted trench coat is a favourite with the fashion set), party dresses and trendy trousers, and with a site wide discount, you can check everything off your wish list now.
From past experience covering the event, UNIQLO’s Black Friday sale means big discounts on its classics such as thermal wear and coats – but while we wait, shop their sales page for some cheeky deals.
Unique and colourful pieces
Damson Madder’s sale page is already a treasure trove of high-end fashion looks waiting to be bought, but it gets even better on Black Friday.
20% off women’s knitwear, coats and jackets
M&S has long been an institution at the pinnacle of the British high street, known for its timeless style, excellent quality and an eye for detail that makes every purchase feel like an investment – even more so if you manage to nab an item in the sale. Plus, its sales are nothing short than a sartorial spectacle, whether you’re after that perfectly tailored coat that will see you through winters to come or a sumptuous cashmere knit that oozes understated elegance.
Shop the bestsellers while we wait
Black Friday is practically the only time of year to get Lululemon discounts, as the brand doesn’t have an outlet or sales page otherwise. Still, that doesn’t stop us from shopping its bestsellers.
H&M is a brand that has mastered the art of accessible style, delivering fashion-forward pieces that strike the balance between trend-driven and timeless. Known for their wide-ranging collections that cater to every sartorial whim – from minimalist staples to bold, statement-making outfits – H&M’s sales are a prime opportunity to snap up those coveted pieces at a fraction of the price.
More than half price on shapewear and essentials
If you’re on the hunt for shapewear, there’s no better place than SKIMS. Heralded by Kim K herself, SKIMS has a large Black Friday sale every year, where you can shop more than half price.
Brands like Ralph Lauren, Jacquemus and Balenciaga
From previous experience, I know that Flannels Black Friday sale offers a discount system where you get a certain amount of money off when you spend. You can expect similar savings this year, too.
When I shop at Anthropologie, my basket usually ends up filled with chic bolero cardigans, and a dozen Instagrammable coffee mugs. At the moment, you can also get an additional £20 off at checkout if you join AnthroPerks.
Up to 30% off beauty, fashion and homeware
For Liberty’s Black Friday sale, the retailer will of course be offering lots of excellent discounts. For now, however, start eyeing up what you’re hoping to snag in the sale as stock will move fast.
Black Friday is the one time of year where Net-A-Porter’s luxury fashion is prone to lower prices, which is great news if you want to save on Bottega, Saint Laurent, Gucci and more. Read our full Net-A-Porter Black Friday guide here.
How Long Is Black Friday?
Black Friday lasts from the Friday 28th November 2025 to Cyber Monday, on the 1st December. In total, therefore, the event runs for four days. However, the weeks before Black Friday, you can expect to see early deals creeping in from fashion brands, such as ASOS who we predict will start their early Black Friday sale on the 20th November. We’ll be keeping you up to date here with all the news on starting dates, so make sure to come back for all the updates you need.
Is It Worth Waiting Until Black Friday?
Sure, you’ll see fashion deals throughout the year across the online shopping space, but not to the scale of Black Friday. The sales event is a perfect time for brands to get rid of old stock in preparation for the new year, and so the discounts are pushed to the limit – to our advantage. What’s more, a lot of fashion brands don’t hold sales at all, apart from Black Friday. For example, Lululemon and Reformation don’t have dedicated sales pages on their site, so you won’t see a sports bra or a dress at any other price than its intended value, apart from Friday the 28th, when it takes part in the event.
