The Big Shopping Centers Group continues the development momentum and begins the marketing of BIG FASHION PTV, which in the first phase will invest over NIS 2 billion. The complex will be built on the corner of Jabotinsky Street – Moshe Dayan in Petah Tikva, on the site of the former Kaniel factory, near the train station relief. The complex is a large-scale mixed-use project with about 65,000 square meters of commerce, about 250,000 square meters of offices and about 10,000 square meters of hotels and 150,000 square meters of underground parking with about 3,000 parking spaces.
This is a huge project with a total area of about 63 dunams that will include 3 40-story employment towers, a hotel and in a future phase if it is possible to combine housing for rent and sheltered housing, commercial areas, and an underground parking lot. The design of the project will be led by the international architectural office 35L, which has signed, among other things, well-known and successful international projects, including the shopping center La Maciniesta in Barcelona and the Bernabeu stadium of Real Madrid. Alongside L35, the Israeli office of the Israeli super architect, Avner Ishar, will cooperate in leading the project.
