Martha Stewart’s makeup artist loves this Merit gift set

Daisy Toye has mastered the art of an ageless glow.

Having worked with Martha Stewart for nearly two decades, the star makeup artist knows a good thing when she sees it. So when she dropped her holiday gift guide on ShopMy this week, we were all ears.

Her top picks for “someone with good taste,” as she wrote on Instagram Stories, include the Merit’s The Complexion Set, a gift-ready bundle of skincare and makeup essentials for under $250.

Stewart’s also a fan of Merit, having previously teamed up with the brand on a video showcasing her “easy five-minute makeup routine,” which she called “easier than making a pot of soup.”

The author’s favorites included the Great Skin Serum, The Minimalist Perfecting Complexion Stick — a two-in-one concealer and foundation — and the Clean Lash Mascara. (“I love mascara; I have nice long eyelashes and I love to show them off,” Stewart explained of the latter.)

Several Page Six editors also swear by the clean beauty brand, as do stars like Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank and Whitney Leavitt — all of whom have shared their own content with the company.

And while I’ve personally tried many beauty gift sets over the years, I can attest that Merit’s provide great value for the cost — not to mention, the packaging is gorgeous.

Merit wasn’t the only beauty brand on Toye’s guide, as she also included — what else? — Stewart’s Elm Biosciences A30 Elemental Serum, along with the Salt & Stone Full Body Set and two Byredo fragrances: Mojave Ghost and Vanille Antique.

A full body set of Salt & Stone Santal & Vetiver products including deodorant, body wash, body lotion, and perfume.
